    Working in conjunction with both client and property agent we can undertake feasibility studies to ascertain space requirements. This ranges from assessing current space utilisation and its suitability for the business through to score rating properties being considered for relocation.
  2. Interior Design & Space Planning:
    Online offers a comprehensive interior design service incorporating CAD drawings and design concept sketches, seating, furniture and partitioning layouts and placements. At this stage we can provide colour consultancy and finishes advice.
  3. Certification & Approvals:
    Almost all project developments require council approvals and documentation. Online can manage this step and look after the lodgements of prepared plans, payment of fees and levies, liaise with council and authorities to ensure the transition into your new premises is an seamless one. Construction and Occupation certificates, CDC and DA applications are all prepared on your behalf and documented accordingly.
  4. Furniture & Joinery:

A full induction by our staff and contractors is completed as required by building management prior to commencement of works.

Public liability, contractors all risk policies and workers compensation insurances are documented for the client and building management. A detailed scope of works, safety policies and safe work method statements are prepared and documented for each project undertaken.

    Mechanical ( AC ) - rebalancing and testing. Fire services - detectors and or sprinkler placements, modifications and emergency warning intercom systems. Lighting placements, emergency and exit sign placements, fail safe interfaces and more. At every stage modifications are carried out to BCA standard and certifications documented.

  11. Relocations - Occupancy:
    Online can assist is the final move into your new premises. Large or small relocations including furniture and machinery, packing services, wrapping, padding and moving of comms racks and associated components, monitors, PC servers, UPS units and printers. An experienced removals team will provide a detailed management of the move, including staff presentations, briefings and liaison with building management in regard to lift access. The appointment of a project manager to be available on site as required. Dismantling, transport and re-erection of workstation systems and joinery is also provided.
