BTA is a national sales and recruitment company with the objective of setting up a Sydney head office for their administration staff and sales consultants. The Online Team project managed this process from concept to completion including the following scope of works:

Property selection and advice, initial concept plans and design layouts, colour consultation, construction of internal partitioning, electrical, data and communications cabling, modifications to fire systems, AC and electrical services, supply of fixed joinery and office furniture including executive offices, boardroom, reception and waiting area, interview rooms, workstations and partitioning, kitchen, executive and task seating, window and floor coverings and so on. This project was a complete design and construct from the slab to the ceiling. Online provided engineering and certification for the project and liaised with building management on BTA's behalf.

The project was delivered ahead of time and within the budget constraints of the client.
